What is my temporary password in Change Password Page mean?

Your temporary password is the password that was given to you by Portal.  You will be prompted to change password after login is successful.

How do I change my password?

If you would like to change your Portal password, just sign in to your portal account with your current password and click the Change Password link at the top of the page.  You will be asked to re-enter your current password for verification.

Please note: For better protection of your account, make sure that your password is memorable for you, and do not share your password with someone else.  For security purposes, your new password must be a minimum of six alphanumeric characters.

Why doesn’t my password work?

They are several reasons why you might be getting an “Authentication failed. Please try again” error message:

  • Set your CAPS LOCK key correctly.  Passwords are case sensitive (meaning that “PASSWORD”, “PaSsWoRd” and “password” are not equivalent), so be sure to keep this in mind when entering your password.
  • Sign in with the correct Portal ID.  Make sure that you are using the correct Portal ID when signing in to your account.  If you have forgotten your Portal ID, you can contact portal administrator.
  • Clear your browser’s cache.  At times it’s necessary to clear your browser’s cache.  The cache is the memory your browser uses to store content of the web pages that you visit.  Storing the content lets your browser load those same pages more quickly the next time you visit them.

If you’re still having problems, please reset your password.  You can login immediately after the change password is successful.

How to contact portal administrator?
